Customer Service is critical in differentiating your company
or your individual work from others! Hotel, Restaurant,
Retail, Guides…everyone! In addition, on the coast it is important to know the facts about Tsunamis and how to communicate them to visitors!
The training that integrates customer service with scientific information about tsunamis and the basic safety information we all need to know.
Training will include the key techniques for providing great
customer service, managing complaints and helping to sustain a
pleasant work environment through great service to co-workers.
