Description of HWT: This series of courses prepare participants with the knowledge necessary to fulfill entry level front line service positions in the hospitality industry. The courses include position specific knowledge, customer service skills, and an on-site tour of a local leading hospitality property. Take a single day of trainings or take three days together as a package.
The participant may earn a certificate of success in four specialty topics. These certificates are internationally accredited and portable certifications which are recognized worldwide. The participant may earn Oregon permits for proper food and beverage handling. The participant may earn a certificate from TripAdvisor.
